Thanks for showing interest in commissioning me, here's some basic informations you need to know:

This is the only type of commissions I currently offer.Additional character +$90. Up to 3 characters on image. Background included.

COMMISSIONS

General Terms

Communication can take place via: Mail ([email protected]), Telegram, or Discord.
Payment is accepted via PayPal or bank transfer (only for Polish residents).Commission Process
Once I confirm your commission, it is placed in my queue.
Before I start working on your piece, I will send an invoice and payment is required at that point.
I then create one or several sketch versions and contact you for feedback.
Based on your feedback, I will produce the final sketch (you can request corrections at this stage).
After approving the final sketch, no further edits are accepted, except for minor details like jewelry or small facial expression tweaks.
Upon completion, you will receive a PNG file in full and low resolution.Revisions and WIPs
Sketch corrections are welcome.
Progress will be documented with WIPs. You will receive them regularly.
Minor corrections to the finished work may be considered only for character accuracy.Copyright and Usage
By commissioning me, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the artwork for personal purposes (sharing online, avatars, printing for yourself, etc.).
Commercial use (e.g. merchandise, monetized content, promotion) is possible only if agreed upon beforehand and requires an extended license.
I reserve the right to use the artwork for promotional purposes or Patreon supporter content.
Clients may post low-resolution versions with proper credit to the artist.
I may post progress and final artworks on my profiles before confirmation of receipt unless otherwise agreed (e.g., for surprise gifts).Additional Information
Turnaround times (once started around 1 week) can vary significantly; any deadlines given are estimates. I will notify you of any delays.
I may work on multiple commissions simultaneously and may accept new commissions during your project.
Artwork styles may differ from previous works as Im still developing my skills.
I may refuse characters I find unappealing (e.g., with 8 legs, 1 eye).Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation is only possible during the sketch phase. Partial refunds may be granted depending on the progress.
After the final sketch is approved and work proceeds, no refunds are available.Privacy Notice (GDPR)
By submitting this form, you agree that I will collect and store your contact information and references only for the purpose of completing your commission. Your data will not be shared with third parties and will be deleted upon request. If you’d like me to delete your data at any time, feel free to contact me.
